Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

Orders are fulfilled within 3-5 working days in Cairo, and 7 working days for orders outside of Cairo.

The driver will contact you on the day of delivery, and you are allowed to try the product and make sure the fit is right. However, if you choose not to accept the delivery you are required to pay the shipping fees.

Return:

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. which will include a small return fee depending on the location. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at slouch.stores@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with Pictures of the product in the original state or with the issue causing the return.

If your return is accepted, we will contact you with the details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and do not accept if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
